3. Cold Compress
Cold Compress is good for reducing skin rashes, especially those caused by heat, insect bites, poison ivy and shingles. It can heal itching swelling and inflammation and the blister. Put ice cubes in a sealed plastic bag and place it on the affected area, repeat a few times daily for a few days.

4. Neem
Neem has an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-irritant, antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial properties that highly effects skin rashes acne and various infections, It also contains antioxidants that heal aging signs and rejuvenate skin cells. Boil neem leaves in water then strain the solution and allow it to cool. Soak a cotton ball in the solution and place it on the affected area for at least 10 minutes.

5. Shea Butter
